Hi, I’m Alexis.

Whether you are seeking a better work-life balance or navigating a high-stress career, I am committed to being by your side through the celebrations, the grief, and everything in between.

How it works

1.

Consultation

First, we’ll have a free 15-minute consultation call to see if we’re a good fit. And hey — by reaching out, you’ve already done the hardest part.

2.

First Session

For the first session, we’ll go over paperwork and get to know one another. It’s a slow process in building a relationship and I take great delight in learning about your story and what makes you, you!

3.

Finding Our Rhythm

I ask clients to commit to weekly sessions for the first 6–8 weeks. From there, we’ll decide together what frequency fits you best — this is a collaborative process, always.

I know it’s not easy — I’ve been there.

Have you ever cried in a walk-in during the dinner rush? Had an existential crisis about whether you’re on the right path? I’m familiar; let’s talk.

What does therapy cost?

Sessions are $125 per 50-minute session. Inquire about my sliding scale spots if you think you are eligible.

Do you take insurance?

I am currently cash-pay only and unable to accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for insurance upon request.

Is this a good match?

Let’s find out! I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to see if we feel like a good match for your needs.

Where do we meet?

Currently, I only meet clients virtually. Meet from the comfort of your couch, or wherever you are most comfortable!

How long does this take?

I wish I had a magic wand to fix everyone’s problems. The length of the process varies from person to person. We will continue to discuss this throughout your sessions.

Ready when you are.
